Driven by passion and innovation, Dr. Joffe has spent decades introducing groundbreaking technology, from advanced laser eye surgeries to Namibia’s first Implantable Collamer Lens procedures. His commitment to excellence has turned a modest practice into a world-class ophthalmic clinic, employing
over 70 Namibians and providing life-changing care.
